The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from both the city center and the airport. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good range of options to suit all tastes.
The noise levels from outside the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower area in the bathroom was also quite small, which could make it tricky for taller guests to get comfortable.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the location was within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The room was not very clean and had a strong odor. The sheets and towels were stained, which made us feel uncomfortable using them.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to downtown and everything I needed during my time in the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.
One minor thing that could be improved is the pillow quality. Some of the pillows had a slight smell, possibly indicating that they were old and in need of renewal.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to access everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, it is close to the airport, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
The bathroom shower area is a bit small and the water does not drain quickly, which can be inconvenient for those wanting to take a long hot shower after a tiring day.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to downtown and near a mall, Starbucks, and 7-11. the staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. the restaurant provides tasteful meals, and there is even a massage shop next door.
Some of the rooms may have thin walls which could result in noise from the lobby or other guests next door.

The hotel staff could have been more attentive and friendlier. Also, some amenities were not as advertised, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the hotel was still comfortable and provided a good base for our trip.
